All the things in site are good and delivery and packing was also good and best
The product was neatly packed and delivery was made safely. But the delivery took more time than mentioned. But the product reached safely in good condition.
The only thing that confused me was the free delivery and the flat delivery charge… there was nothing mentioned on them to understand the service between the free and flat charges on delivery during the payment mode. I feel like it needs more clarity on the date of delivery. Also, the products I ordered got delivered on different days which also had 2 different trackings.
Compared to other aquarium sites in India. I found a great deal price during my purchase with Backwater aquatics and the product is genuine. Will be buying from you guys in the future.
