Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges varies per product and location and the charges are added to the card before use checksout. We pack the goods with in 24-36 hours of receiving a paid order. Delivery time depends on the TAT provided by our delivery partners, which is normally of minimum 1 day and maximum 10 days.
Returns: Returns are allowed , with in 3 days of receiving the product by customer (check reason below). Customer shall write an email to orders@backwateraquatics.com with the order ID, Photograph of the product in hand and reason for return. Allowable reason for return are:
1. Customer received wrong, damaged or faulty product (free return)- Customer received the product but with missing items or damaged items(free return)
- Customer wants to upgrade the product to a higher version, provided vendor accepts such upgrade. (paid return)
