Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92880 03743 and we will resolve it promptly.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not process or dispatch orders on public holidays or Sundays. Orders placed on these days will be picked up and shipped on the next working business day. You will be notified via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver pan-India to all serviceable pincodes. International shipping is also available. Simply enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability and see the estimated delivery timeframe. For any queries, reach us on WhatsApp at +91 92880 03743.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is not currently available. Our standard delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days across India. Express or priority shipping options may be available for select pincodes — please check at checkout for availability. We are working on faster delivery options and will update customers when these are live.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Most deliveries do not require a signature and can be left with a family member or neighbour. For high-value orders above ₹5,000, an OTP confirmation on your registered mobile number may be required at the time of delivery. Please ensure your phone is reachable on the expected delivery day.
